PC Series Hammer Crusher can be used to break the brittle material whose compression strength is less than 150Mpa such as the secondary and fine crushing of limesone,coke and coal etc.but also be used in processing medium hardness material in metallurgy, chemistry industry, e.g. carbon, limestone, and artificial aggregate.
PC Hammer breaker crushes the materials in the way of high speed rotation hammer colliding materials. The main part is the rotor with hammer. Motor brings rotor to rotate at high speed in breaking cavity to impact the materials that enter the breaker from top feeding port, then materials are broken to powdery by high speed operation. There is screen plate on the bottom of rotor, the qualified particle size in crushed materials are discharged trough screen plate. The unfinished granularities that are larger than screen hole are continuously impacted by hammer and discharged through screen plate. The adjustment of discharging particle size is realized by changing the screen plates with different specifications. The clearance between rotor and screen plate can be adjusted by adjustment device according to requirement.
