Product Introduction
Widely used in solid-liquid separation operations for materials such as nickel concentrate, zinc oxide leachate, starch, sludge, etc. Its core structure includes a horizontally stacked filter plate group, a hydraulic system, and an automatic circulating filter cloth. It adopts high-pressure extrusion and airflow dehydration technology, and the moisture content of the filter cake can be as low as 10% -15%

There are six processes in the working mode: filtration: pumping material suspension; One time diaphragm extrusion: extruding to form a filter cake; Filter cake washing: Wash and filter with clean water; Secondary diaphragm squeezing: re squeeze the filter cake; Filter cake drying: high-pressure air drying, taking away a small amount of moisture; Filter cake discharge and filter cloth washing: filter cakes fall from both sides, discharge, and wash the filter cloth at the same time. The short program control mode has four processes: filtration, diaphragm compression, filter cake drying, filter cake discharge, and filter cloth washing.
