1.Product introduction of hammer crusher:
Hammer crushers are widely used for fine grinding medium hardness materials in industrial sectors such as mineral processing plants, refractory plants, cement plants, glass plants and so on. It can be crushed in two forms, dry and wet. The wet type is to wet the material with water seepage, and the dry type is to do dry grinding without water seepage.
Used in coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, electric power and other departments to crush or finely crush coal, coal gangue, limestone, shale, feldspar, gypsum, coke, bricks, gravel, salt and sulfur phosphorus, limonite bricks, The machine has the characteristics of light and compact body, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, large crushing ratio, less over-grinding, uniform and small product particle size, high production capacity and low energy consumption.
2.Scope of application of hammer crusher
PCF series single-stage square box hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium-hard materials such as limestone, marl, sandstone, shale, gypsum, coal, etc. whose compressive strength is less than 100MPa.
PC series hammer crusher is suitable for crushing brittle, medium-hard materials with surface moisture not exceeding 2% and compressive strength not exceeding 150Mpa.
DSJ series drying hammer crusher is used for crushing and drying soft and non-abrasive materials, such as gypsum, chalk, clay, slurry filter cake, etc. For example, it can disperse industrial by-products such as gypsum and flue gas desulfurization gypsum , drying and calcining, the machine has high production efficiency and low energy consumption, and has the functions of dispersing and crushing while drying. The rotating rotor disperses the material, the hot air dries the material, and the air flow brings the crushed and dried material to the separation chamber, the fine powder then enters the cyclone for separation, and the coarse particle returns to the hammer crusher to be broken again.
In the gypsum board industry, the DSJ series drying hammer crusher can disperse and throw the desulfurized gypsum slag cake with a moisture content of ≤12% through the rotor of the drying hammer crusher, and mix it with the introduced 550°C hot air. Fully heat exchange to form materials with a moisture content of ≤ 1%. The materials enter the rising pipe from the air outlet pipe and are carried away by the hot air into the next process. The machine can also be used for drying and crushing of filter cake in the cement industry and calcium carbide slag in the environmental protection field.
