1. Introduction of steel ball coal mill
Ball mill is the main equipment of coal powder preparation system in thermal power station. Its function is to dry, break and grind a certain size of coal into pulverized coal for boiler combustion. The ball mill is widely used in thermal power plants at home and abroad. According to statistics, the ball mill accounts for more than 60% of the total amount of all kinds of coal mills in domestic power plants.
The steel ball mill is one of the four auxiliary machines of thermal power station, is the theme equipment of pulverized coal preparation system, the series of ball mill is mainly used for pulverized coal grinding various hardness of coal.
2. Working principle of steel ball coal mill
Coal mill is pulverized coal broken and pulverized coal machinery, it is an important auxiliary equipment of pulverized coal furnace. Coal grinding is a process in which coal is broken and its surface area increases continuously. Coal is ground into pulverized coal in a coal mill, mainly by crushing, crushing and grinding three ways. Coal mill can be divided into low speed coal mill, medium speed coal mill and high speed coal mill according to the speed of coal mill working parts.
3. Use of steel ball coal mill

The general use of two static and dynamic pressure bearing support mode, the use of fully enclosed self-alcolating 1200 line contact 'rocker type' bearings, can also use single sliding track, double sliding track static and dynamic pressure support or full static pressure support;
Large open gear adopts American AGMA standard design, equipped with a reliable sealing gear housing, with automatic spray lubrication device glycerin;
Cylinder is the key part of the mill. Finite element analysis is carried out by computer to ensure the reliability of its use.
