Product Description

The steel ball coal mill is the core equipment of the coal powder preparation system in thermal power stations. It is mainly used to crush coal blocks and grind them into coal powder for combustion in boilers. The following is a detailed introduction to the steel ball coal mill:

Working principle

The steel ball coal mill grinds the coal blocks into coal powder by the rotation of the cylinder, which drives the steel balls inside to impact and grind them.

Structural composition

Cylinder: The main working component, in which coal is impacted and ground by grinding media.

Liner: Protects the cylinder from direct impact and friction by grinding media and materials.

Partition plate: Separates the grinding media and controls the material flow rate.

Main bearing: It is composed of bearing bush, bearing housing, lubrication and cooling system.

Feeding and discharging device: It realizes the inflow and outflow of materials.

Transmission system: It includes two types, namely edge transmission and center transmission.

Performance characteristics

Adaptability: It has a high adaptability to the moisture content of raw coal and can handle coal of various hardness levels.

Grinding capacity: The combined arrangement of stepped liners and other materials is adopted to enhance the grinding capacity.

Heat exchange capacity: The feeding device adopts a inclined air intake louver structure to enhance the heat exchange capacity.
