Smooth operation and easy operation PGZ automatic scraper centrifuges
The PGZ automatic scraper centrifuge is an automated device for solid-liquid separation, primarily used in the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical industries. It utilizes a flat-plate structure combined with liquid damping technology, and is equipped with an independent inclined plate distribution device, a nitrogen protection system, an online cleaning device, and a gas-assisted scraper function. It utilizes a PLC and touch screen for human-machine interactive control, supporting remote operation and fault self-diagnosis.
PGZ series discharges solids at the bottom by the scraper. After the rotating drum's speed is slowed down, then solid will be discharged by scraper. And all steps can be programed according to needs: feeding, washing,
dewatering, discharging etc., and can use remote control.
It's features of steady running, easy operation, high-level automation, big capacity, better filtering effect etc..
The machine is suitable for solid solutions, fibers, especially for toxic and flammable materials. It's widely used for chemicals, medicines, food, light industry etc..
