The maintenance focus of the transmission device is on the lubrication of the equipment, its operating status, dynamic detection, and the meshing accuracy of the large and small gears. The installation accuracy of the supporting device determines whether the rotary kiln can operate safely and reliably. During operation, attention should be paid to reasonably controlling the load distribution of each stage of the rollers, the layout form of the rollers, the up and down pressure and time of the hydraulic rollers, the force on the rollers, and the gap between the wheel belt and the pad. The quality of the sealing device directly affects the thermal system and operating cost of the rotary kiln. Strengthening the data organization and analysis of the daily maintenance of the rotary kiln is conducive to the management of the equipment.
Structure of cement rotary kiln
It is composed of the cylinder body, transmission device, supporting and retaining wheel support device, kiln lining, kiln tail seal, kiln head and fuel device, etc
The kiln body is rolled from high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel plates and automatically welded.
The raceway is made of ZG35CrMo or 42CrMo steel.
The sliding bearing adopts a large clearance and does not scrape the bearing.
The transmission device adopts a hard-toothed surface reducer, a spring diaphragm coupling and is driven by a DC motor.
