High-Quality Plate Feeder Transportation Equipment for Metallurgical Building Materials
The back-up roller of the medium and light plate feeder is an external type, which is separated from the traction roller and has the following advantages :(1) it is easy to set the guide rail groove. (2) Reduce traction roller wear. (3) Easy to manufacture. A fixed back-up roller is arranged on the frame of the heavy and super heavy plate feeder. The lubrication of roller and head and tail bearing seat adopts centralized oil supply mode to ensure regular and comprehensive lubrication.
There is a hydraulic coupling between the drive motor and the reducer to ensure smooth start of the plate feeder and overload protection. The chain drive between the reducer and the main shaft has a buffering effect, and can also make the transmission ratio stable, can transfer high power, adjustable center distance, easy to arrange and install. The drive shaft is equipped with a backstop to prevent reverse rotation of the conveyor groove.
Working Purpose
It is a continuous transport machine widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, ports, coal and chemical mining enterprises. It is mainly used to continuously and evenly supply and transfer various large heavy objects and abrasive bulk materials from storage bins or transfer hoppers to crushers, batching devices or transportation equipment. It is one of the important and indispensable equipment in the process of ore and raw material processing and continuous production.
Working characteristics
1. Most of the time, the machine starts without load, and there is basically no overload phenomenon. It starts with rated load occasionally, and the receiving hopper can hold up to 70t of coal;
2. It requires zero-speed start, and the speed range is 0~0.6 m/min. It can be manually controlled to slowly accelerate or decelerate. The speed is 0.3~ 0.5m/min, which is used more frequently and runs stably;
3. During stable operation, the external load is basically stable and the impact is small;
4. The ambient temperature is low and the dust is large.
