Product Description

Drum Concentrated Belt Filter Press is a continuous treatment device that combines thickening and dewatering functions. It is primarily used for sludge dewatering in municipal sewage treatment plants, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, papermaking, leather, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, chemicals, and food industries. It can also be used for solid-liquid separation.

Working Principle

Equipment Structure and Operating Principle
The equipment primarily consists of a filter press, a rotary drum thickener, and a flocculation and agitation device. The main structure is available in two types: rotary drum and belt. The operating principle is as follows: After flocculation, the sludge first undergoes free water removal in an inclined thickening section. It then undergoes progressive dewatering through a wedge-shaped pre-pressing section and an S-shaped pressing section. Finally, a scraper removes the sludge cake, and the filter cloth undergoes a self-cleaning cycle through a high-pressure spray system.
