Cement ball mill is mainly used for grinding clinker and raw materials in cement industry, and can also be used for grinding various ores in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industries. Cement ball mill is not only suitable for overflow grinding, but also can be used for closed-circuit grinding with powder collector. Cement ball mill is a highly efficient fine grinding tool. Cement ball mill is used to grind various ores and other materials, or for ore dressing. Cement ball mill is widely used in building materials, chemical industry and other industries. Cement ball mill has two grinding methods: dry method and wet method. According to the different discharged ores, cement ball mill can be divided into plate type and flow type.

1. High output and low energy consumption: SCM series ultrafine grinding mill has 40% higher output than air flow mill and mixed mill under the same final fineness and power consumption.
2. High fineness and flexible adjustment: The final fineness can be adjusted in the range of 325 mesh to 2500 mesh according to demand, and the fineness can reach D97≤5um.
3. Safe and reliable: There are no rolling bearings and bolts in the mill chamber, the bearings and seals are not easy to wear, and the bolts are not easy to loosen and damage the equipment.
Product features
1. The transmission modes of cylindrical ball mills include edge transmission, center transmission, edge multi-point meshing transmission, etc.; the transmission forms include asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion, gear transmission and synchronous motor + pneumatic clutch + pinion, gear transmission.
2. Ball mills are generally supported by static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends. The bearings use fully enclosed self-aligning 120° contact rocker bearings, and single or double sliding shoe static and dynamic pressure bearings can also be used. The bushings are processed by CNC machine tools.
3. Large open gears are designed according to AGMA standards, equipped with a reliably sealed gearbox and an automatic grease injection lubrication system.
The shell is a key component of the ball mill. Computer finite element analysis is used to ensure the reliable operation of the ball mill;
4. The shell adopts automatic welding, ultrasonic flaw detection, overall annealing, and is clamped and processed by a large special machine tool in one go; the dynamic and static connection parts such as the inlet and outlet hopper and ear shaft are all sealed with special seals to prevent oil and slurry leakage;
5. The lining plate is made of wear-resistant materials produced by our company and has undergone special heat treatment, with high hardness and long service life. Other wear-resistant castings or rubber lining plates can also be used.
