Refractory bricks
Refractory materials are generally divided into two types, namely amorphous refractory materials and shaped refractory materials. Amorphous refractory materials, also known as castables, are mixed powder particles composed of multiple aggregates or aggregates and one or more binders. When used, they must be mixed with one or more liquids to be evenly mixed and have strong fluidity. Shaped refractory materials generally refer to refractory bricks, which have standard shapes and can also be temporarily processed when building and cutting according to needs.
Physical and chemical properties
1. Wear resistance:
2. Thermal conductivity: The heat flow rate per unit area of the material under unit temperature gradient conditions, which is related to the porosity
3. Impact resistance: No need to explain, good impact resistance means long service life
4. Slag resistance: The ability to resist slag erosion without being destroyed at high temperatures
Product advantages:
1. High refractoriness: High alumina refractory bricks have high refractoriness and can remain stable in high temperature environments, suitable for various high-temperature industrial equipment. For example, corundum bricks (Al2O3 bricks) contain more than 90% Al2O3, have extremely high refractoriness and wear resistance, and are suitable for harsh firing environments.
2. Good wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance: High alumina refractory bricks show good wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance at high temperatures. For example, high alumina bricks contain 55%~75%Al2O3, which are suitable for preheating and firing zones, can resist air flow scouring and material wear, and have good chemical corrosion resistance.
3. High strength and thermal shock stability: High alumina refractory bricks can still maintain high strength and good thermal shock stability at high temperatures. For example, corundum mullite bricks are suitable for areas that require high strength and wear resistance, and are also highly resistant to chemical corrosion.
