Product Description
 
The cement vertical mill is a kind of mechanical equipment used for the grinding production of cement clinker. The following is a detailed introduction to the cement vertical mill:

Working principle

The cement vertical mill mainly consists of the main machine, feeder, classifier, blower, pipeline device, electrical control system, etc.

The motor drives the reducer to rotate the grinding disc. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves around the grinding disc and enters the space between the grinding roller and the grinding disc. Under the pressure of the grinding roller, it is crushed.

The ground powder is blown by the airflow of the blower to the classifier above the main unit for screening. The powder that meets the fineness requirements flows into the collector with the wind to become the finished product, and the purified airflow is discharged.

Structural composition

Grinding roller: The main component for crushing and grinding materials. It is usually equipped with two pairs and is designed at an incline to increase the contact area and improve the grinding efficiency.

Grinding disc: Fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, the material is crushed by the grinding rollers on it.

Separator: An important component that determines the fineness of the finished product, it is composed of a variable-speed transmission device, rotor, etc., and its working principle is similar to that of a powder separator.

Hydraulic tensioning system: It provides grinding pressure for the grinding rollers and is composed of a high-pressure oil station, hydraulic cylinders, etc. It is the key to the stable operation of the vertical mill.

Technical characteristics

High grinding efficiency: It adopts the principle of material bed grinding, which saves 20% to 30% energy compared with ball mills.

Strong drying capacity: It can dry materials with a moisture content as high as 15% to 20%.

Stable product quality: Stable chemical composition and uniform particle size distribution are conducive to calcination.

Low wear and high utilization rate: There is no direct metal contact between the grinding roller and the grinding disc, resulting in low wear and low metal consumption.

Easy to operate and maintain: Equipped with an automatic control system, it can be remotely controlled, and the maintenance workload is small.
