The maintenance of the transmission device focuses on the lubrication of the equipment, the running state, the dynamic detection and the meshing accuracy of the big and small gears. The installation accuracy of the supporting device determines whether the rotary kiln can operate safely and reliably. In operation, attention should be paid to the reasonable control of the bearing capacity distribution of each bracket wheel, the arrangement form of the bracket wheel, the upstream and downstream pressure and time of the hydraulic stop wheel, the force of the bracket wheel, and the gap between the wheel belt and the backing plate. The quality of sealing device directly affects the thermal system and operating cost of rotary kiln. Strengthening the daily maintenance data analysis of rotary kiln is conducive to the management of equipment.
