1. Product introduction of jaw crusher
The jaw crusher series products are widely used in various industries such as mining, smelting, construction, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform product grains, reasonable structure, reliable work, convenient maintenance, economical operating costs, etc.

3. Scope of application of jaw crusher
The jaw crusher is mainly used for medium-sized crushing of various ores and bulk materials. Jaw crushers are widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa.
4. Working principle of jaw crusher
(1) This machine is mainly composed of frame, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, toggle plate and other parts. The motor rotates the eccentric shaft through the V-belt, so that the movable jaw moves according to the adjusted track, so as to separate the crushing chamber. The material inside is broken.
(2) The frame is a single integral cast steel structure. The front wall of the frame is equipped with fixed jaws fastened with wedge-shaped bolts, and edge guards are installed on the left and right side walls of the crushing chamber to prevent the wear of the frame side walls. .
(3) The movable jaw is a formed steel casting with a movable jaw plate on the front. The upper part is suspended on the frame by the eccentric shaft and the roller bearing, and the lower part is supported on the bracket and is in rolling contact with the bracket. Both ends of the eccentric shaft are equipped with flywheels and pulleys.
(4) The other end of the bracket is supported on the adjusting seat and is in rolling contact with the bearing. In addition to supporting the movable jaw, the bracket also has a sudden increase in the load of the machine when the unbreakable material enters the crushing cavity. It plays an insurance role, that is, it breaks quickly and protects other parts from damage.
(5) The adjusting seat is installed in the chute on both sides of the frame, and is close to the adjusting wedge. When the discharge port needs to be adjusted, use a wrench to turn the nut to the right, the adjusting wedge will rise immediately, and the adjusting seat will follow the adjustment. If it moves forward, the discharge opening changes from large to small, and vice versa.
