Introduction
Vibrating screen is a filtering mechanical separation equipment used for mud solid phase treatment, which consists of screen and vibrator. The coarseness of the screen is expressed in mesh. Generally, the screen below 50 mesh is coarse screen, and the screen above 80 mesh is fine screen. The vibrator is an eccentric wheel, which rotates under the drive of the motor to make the screen frame vibrate. Due to the vibration of the screen frame, when the mud flows to the screen surface, the coarser solid particles remain on the screen surface and are discharged from one end along the inclined surface. The finer solid particles and mud liquid flow through the screen holes to the mud pool.
Working principle
Self-synchronization principle: The vibrator of the B-type screen is not forced to connect, and there is no gear between the two shafts. In order to ensure that the screen vibrates along a straight trajectory, the two shafts must be strictly synchronized and run in the same direction, which can be naturally achieved in a vibration system such as a double-shaft screen.
Working principle of damper: In the working and parking state. The rubber block does not contact the base hole. It plays the role of applying symmetrical pressure to the screen box to keep it in a stable position to eliminate transverse vibration and torsion.
