Product Description

The classifier is an important mineral processing equipment in mineral processing, and the commonly used one is mainly the spiral classifier. The classifier is widely used in mineral processing plants to be combined with ball mills to form a closed-loop circulation process for separating and diverting ore sand, or in gravity mineral processing plants to classify ore sand and fine mud, as well as in the metal beneficiation process for particle size classification of pulp, and in the process of sludge removal and dewatering in ore washing operations. This machine has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient operation.

Classification by classifier
Classifiers are mainly classified into high-weir single-screw classifiers, double-screw classifiers, submerged single-screw classifiers and double-screw classifiers.

The working principle
The spiral classifier is a device that uses the principle that solid particles have different specific gravities and thus settle at different speeds in a liquid for mechanical classification. Lower the material inside the mill for filtration, then use a spiral plate to screw the coarse material into the feed port of the mill, and discharge the filtered fine material through the overflow pipe.
