Working principle
The material enters the bottom of the screen basket through the enamel-hanging feed pipe and the screen seat. The material in the screen basket is pressed against the screen surface by centrifugal force. Under the action of vibration force, the material layer moves evenly to the large end of the screen basket. The dehydrated material is thrown out from the periphery of the screen basket and falls into the discharge port at the bottom of the casing. It is discharged downward. The moisture in the material passes through the material layer and the screen gap under the action of centrifugal force, is thrown to the periphery of the casing, and flows along the casing wall to the drain port for discharge.
