2. Structural features

The probability screen uses a screen with a larger size than the screening size to classify the material. It consists of a closed frame, a set of multiple layers overlapping each other, the slope increases from top to bottom, the screen with decreasing screen size, inlet and outlet hoppers and more It consists of a high-efficiency vibration motor.

 

 

 

3. working principle

GS series probability screen is an efficient and environmentally friendly special screening equipment. Probability sieve uses statistical principles to select appropriate sieve holes to classify materials.

After the materials to be screened evenly enter the sieve machine, they are evenly distributed on the multi-layer inclined screen. Under the vibration of the vibrating motor, the materials move in an inclined linear motion on the screen surface. Since each layer of screen has a different inclination angle to the horizontal plane, the horizontal projection aperture of all screens is smaller than the actual size. Therefore, compared with other traditional horizontal screens, the screen size is much larger, and the material is screened. It is easier to pass and has a strong screening capacity per unit area. After the material enters the sieve, the materials of different sizes are quickly dispersed, thereby increasing the penetration rate of the materials of different sizes, and reducing the blocking of the screen holes that may be caused by critical particles. Through the regular vibration of the vibrating motor and the rapid flow of the material itself, it is screened through screens of different thicknesses in sequence.

 

 

 

The reasonable vibration direction angle, vibration frequency and amplitude of the probability screen are perfectly combined, the vibration screening noise is low, and the vibration generated on the foundation is small. The entire equipment is installed on a set of elastic devices, and the vibration of the two sets of reverse rotation excitation motors is used. The screen obtains high-frequency vibration, so that the material can be quickly diffused on the screen to achieve higher screening efficiency, and at the same time to avoid the accumulation of materials on the screen.
