Features
1.The cylindrical mill adopts the driving type edge-driving, center-driving, edge-driving with multi-point meshing, etc; driven by asynchronous motor +reducer +pinion and gear as well as synchronous motor +air l\clutch + pinion and gear.
2.Generally supported by static-dynamic pressure bearing on both ends. Fuuly closed self-aligning 120º osculation rocker bearing is used. Also single or double slipper staic- dynamic bearings can be used. The bush is made by NC machine.
3.The large open gear is designed using AGMA standard, Equipped with reliably sealed gear housing and grease ahtomatic spraying lubrication system.
The shell is key part of a mill. Carry out finite element analysis on it with computer to ensure the reliable operation;
4.The shell is automatically welded, ultrasonic inspected, wholly annealed and machined by large special machine tools on one chucking; there special seal on static-dynamic connection parts , ch as feed and discharge hoper, trunnion, etc, to prevent oil and slurry leakage;
5.The liner is of wear-resistance material mad by our company, wich has been specially heat-treated, with high hardness and long service life. Also other wear-resistance casting or rubber liner can be used;
6.There are slow speed drive for medium and large mill;
7.The high and low pressure lubricating station is equipped for medium and large mill;
8.The control and protection system is controlled by PLC.
Description of Air Swept Coal Mill:
This air swept coal mill is specially used to dry and grind coal. And it is mainly consist of feeding device, main bearing, rotary part, transmission device, high voltage starting device, and lubrication system.
Raw materials enter into the mill by the feeding device, and the hot air gets into the mill through the air tube. When the mill cylinder begins to rotate, coal and hot air can exchange heat with each other. Meanwhile, the coal will be crushed and grinded in the air swept coal mill. While the coal is grinded, fine powder will be taken by the hot air out of the mill through the discharging device.

Air-swept coal mill is the equipment used for grinding and drying coal with different hardness and it is mainly composed of feeding device, principal axis, rotating part, transmission part, discharging part, high-pressure starting device and lubrication system. Air-swept coal mill is widely used cement, building material, thermal power generation, metallurgy and chemical industry and it has the reasonable structure and high powder grinding efficiency, so that it is the ideal equipment for making coal powders.
This grinding mill adopts edge driving and the electromotor rives the grinding mill through the reducer and rack wheel and pinion. The grinding mill adopts air-swept structure with a drying bin, so that it had strong adaptability to the water containing in the raw coal. Inside the powder grinding cabin, the ladder lining board, double-ladder lining board and ripple lining board are arranged in a combined type, thus improving the powder grinding ability of the grinding mill. The feeding device adopts window-shade structure that the air can obliquely go in, thus enhancing the heat exchange ability of the grinding mill and effectively avoiding the material blockage of the feeding mouth of the coal mill
