The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating vibration generated by the vibrator. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator causes the screen surface to produce a plane gyratory vibration, while the lower rotating weight causes the screen surface to produce a conical gyratory vibration. The combined effect of the two causes the screen surface to produce a compound gyratory vibration.
Applications
This series is suitable for coal, metallurgical ore dressing, electricity, light industry, sugar making, dehydration, de-mediuming, de-sludging and classification of dry and wet materials of various materials, with the advantages of large processing capacity and high screening efficiency.
Working principle
1. Working principle of the screen: Under the action of the agitation force, the material makes a continuous oblique upward throwing motion on the screen surface. The material is loosened when thrown up, and in the collision with the screen surface, the particles equal to or smaller than the screen hole pass through the screen, thereby achieving dehydration, support or classification.
2. Self-synchronization principle: The vibrator of the B-type screen is non-forced connection, and there is no gear between the two shafts.
3. Working principle of the damper: In the working and parking state. The rubber block does not contact the base hole, and it plays the role of applying symmetrical pressure to the screen box to keep it in a stable position to eliminate transverse vibration and torsion.
