Autogenous mill
The biggest advantage of the autogenous mill is that it can directly feed the raw ore from the mining site or the coarsely crushed ore into the mill. Usually, the minerals are fed into the mill rod mill according to a certain particle size ratio. The autogenous mill can grind the material to 0.074mm at one time, and its content accounts for more than 20% to 50% of the total product. The crushing ratio can reach 4000 to 5000, which is more than ten times higher than that of ball and rod mills. The autogenous mill is a new type of grinding equipment that has both crushing and grinding functions. It uses the material itself as the medium and achieves crushing through mutual impact and grinding, hence the name of the autogenous mill.
Technical features:
1 The transmission forms adopted by the drum mill include edge flyers, center transmission, multi-point meshing edge transmission and other transmission types; the drive forms include asynchronous motor + reducer + small gear + large gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + small gear + large gear;
2 Generally, the support method of static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends is adopted, and a completely closed self-aligning 1200 line contact "rocker type" bearing is adopted. Single sliding shoe, double sliding shoe static and dynamic pressure support or full static pressure support can also be adopted;
3 Large open gears are designed according to the American AGMA standard, equipped with a gear cover with reliable sealing, and equipped with a glycerin automatic spray lubrication device;
4 The drum is a key part of the mill, and a finite element analysis is performed on it by computer to ensure its reliability;
5 Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with slow drive devices;
6 Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations;
7 The control and protection system adopts PLC control.
