The PF series impact crusher is mainly applicable to industries such as mining, construction, chemical engineering, power, and metallurgy. It can crush ores with a compressive strength not exceeding 350 megapascals, as well as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. This machine is not suitable for crushing ores with a surface moisture content greater than 8-10% or viscous materials.
This machine is mainly composed of components such as the base, the middle box body, the rear rack, the rotor, and the ratchet flip cover opening device.
When the impact crusher is in operation, the motor drives the rotor through a V-belt. The material is crushed at high speed by the plate hammers on the rotor and thrown towards the impact elbow plate for further crushing. Then, it bounces back from the impact surface to the area where the plate hammers act and is crushed again. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size. The material flows from the first feeding port to the first crushing chamber and then into the second crushing chamber. When the particle size of the crushed ore is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the impact plate, it is discharged from the lower part of the machine, which is the crushed product.
This machine is equipped with a self-weight safety device on the rear frame. When non-crushed materials enter the crushing chamber, the front and rear impact frames will retreat, and the non-crushed materials will be discharged from the machine body.
