Product Description
Working principle
The PC series hammer crushers mainly rely on the high-speed rotating hammer heads to impact and crush materials. After the materials enter the crushing chamber, they are crushed by the high-speed impact of the hammer heads. The crushed materials further impact the impact plates or other materials inside the crushing chamber under the action of the hammer heads, achieving multiple crushing. Materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged through the sieve plate, while larger particle materials continue to be impacted and ground by hammer heads in the crushing chamber until the desired particle size is achieved.
Structural composition
The main working component of the hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer heads. The rotor is composed of the main shaft, the disc, the pin shaft and the hammer heads. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. Materials enter from the upper feeding port and are crushed through the impact, shearing, grinding and other actions of the hammer heads.
Performance characteristics
High crushing ratio: It can achieve efficient crushing of materials, with a large crushing ratio, and is suitable for fine crushing of various medium-hardness and brittle materials.
High production efficiency: Simple structure, convenient operation, and relatively high production efficiency.
Strong adaptability: It can be crushed in both dry and wet forms and is suitable for various industries, such as mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highways, combustion and chemical industries, etc.
Adjustable output particle size: Users can adjust the grate gap according to their needs to change the output particle size to meet different requirements.
