This dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, large ring gear, pinion, support wheel, retaining wheel, wheel belt, support wheel shaft and other parts. The motor passes through the V-belt, through the two-stage reduction of the reducer, and drives the large ring gear through the pinion to make the cylinder run at the designed speed, so as to evenly dry the materials in the cylinder.
It is widely used in food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and other industries. The working process of the equipment is as follows: after the dehydrated wet material is added to the dryer, the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air under the flipping of the evenly distributed scraper in the drum, which accelerates the drying heat and mass transfer. During the drying process, the material is discharged from the star-shaped discharge valve of the other section of the dryer under the action of the inclined scraper and the hot air. The machine is suitable for drying various types of slag materials with a water content of less than 85%, such as beer dregs, bean dregs, sprayed corn husks, coal slime, fruit residues, etc. It has a good effect on opening up feed resources, reducing feeding costs, and reducing environmental pollution.
Maintenance method
1. During the normal operation of the rotary dryer, the inlet hot flue gas temperature is 700-800 degrees Celsius, and the outlet hot flue gas temperature is 90-150 degrees Celsius.
2. Check the rollers and support wheels of the rotary dryer. Check whether the lubrication points of the roller bearing are filled with enough oil
3. Check whether the contact between the roller and the roller is good, and the contact surface is not less than 70% of the roller width
4. Check whether there is any crack in the weld between the roller and the pad, and whether there is any excessive wear between the roller and the roller.
5. Check whether the fastening bolts and anchor bolts of the rotary dryer are loose or broken.
