Product Description

Hammer crusher is a kind of equipment that crushes materials by impact, and it is divided into single rotor and double rotor types. It is a crusher that directly crushes materials with a maximum particle size of 600-1800 mm to 25 or less mm. Hammer crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing of materials with medium hardness, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors.

Working Principle

The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the material crushing operation. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer impacts, shears and tears the material to be crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself causes the material to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer to the baffle and screen bar in the frame. The material larger than the screen hole size is retained on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size and finally discharged from the machine through the screen plate.

Main Applications
The crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, bricks and tiles, limestone, etc. It is also used to crush wood and paper with strong fiber structure, elasticity and toughness, or to crush waste asbestos cement to recover asbestos fibers, etc. In addition, hammer crushers can be used not only in crushing production lines and sand production lines, but also in mineral processing production lines to replace cone crushers.
