It is mainly composed of a screen box, a vibrator, a suspension (or support) device and an electric motor, etc. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt. Due to the centrifugal inertial force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter, the screen box vibrates. By changing the eccentric weight of the exciter, different amplitudes can be obtained. The drive screen machine adopts the disc coupling and flexible disc coupling with simple structure and easy manufacturing and maintenance, which overcomes the defect of universal couplings that are prone to damage. The vibrator adopts a block eccentric structure, which is simple in structure. It can be optionally equipped with a feeding box. The application of the feeding box increases the effective screening area of the vibrating screen and simultaneously prolongs the service life of the screen at the feeding end. The transmission part has added an intermediate transition bearing housing. The application of the intermediate transition bearing housing effectively protects the motor and prolongs its service life.
