Product Description

 

The impact crusher is a device that uses the principle of high-speed impact to crush materials.

Working principle

After entering the crushing chamber, the material is crushed by the impact of the plate hammers on the high-speed rotating rotor. Then it is thrown towards the counterattack device for further crushing. Finally, it bounces back from the counterattack liner to the area where the plate hammers act and is crushed again until it reaches the required particle size and is discharged from the discharge port.

Performance characteristics

High crushing efficiency: It has a relatively large crushing ratio, usually around 20, and can reach up to 50-60 at most, which can simplify the production process.

The finished particle shape is good: The gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer can be adjusted, effectively controlling the particle size of the output, and the finished particle shape is excellent.

Strong adaptability: Suitable for medium-hardness and brittle materials, such as limestone, sandstone, coal, etc.

Compact structure: The body has strong rigidity, and the rotor has a large moment of inertia, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
