Product Introduction
ZX compound cone crusher has the functions of hydraulic cavity cleaning and hydraulic adjustment of discharge port. The movable and fixed tooth plates can be replaced without fillers, which reduces the cost of equipment management and maintenance. It is a crushing machine suitable for raw materials in metallurgy, construction, road construction, chemical and silicate industries. According to different crushing principles and different product particle sizes, it is divided into many models. Crusher is widely used in many departments such as mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries. Cone crusher has a large crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and uniform product particle size. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks.

After the material enters the machine body, it hits the hammer head rotating counterclockwise at high speed and is hit head-on. The large pieces of material are immediately crushed, and the crushed materials fly upward to the impact plate at high speed for a second collision and crushing. The rebounded materials collide with the subsequent flying materials and are crushed. After being crushed in the first chamber, the material enters the second chamber for repeated crushing, and is finally filtered and crushed by the discharge grate. The material that meets the requirements is discharged from the grate gap, and the coarser materials return to the first chamber for re-crushing.
