1. Applicable ore types
Gold and ore, primary ore, tailings, smelting slag, fine powder, flue ash, etc.;

6. Product usage
The use of environmental protection gold agent and sodium- cyanide application process is the same, in the production of expensive liquid, poor liquid can be reused, expensive liquid gold adsorption with activated carbon (zinc- powder, zinc wire replacement or exchange resin). The leaching effect of gold is best when the ambient temperature is above 10ºC, and it can be added with sodium- cyanide at the same time.
(1) Heap leaching (pool leaching) process: 0.03-0.1% solution prepared with clean water for spraying (or pool leaching);
(2) Stirring leaching process: it can be configured to add 10%-15% solution, or directly added to the stirring tank in the form of solid, the concentration of reagent in the leaching pulp is generally in the range of 0.03-0.1%.
Product usage process
1. First of all, use lime or other alkali to adjust the alkalinity of ore heap or pulp, and adjust the pH value to 11-12;
2. Heap leaching or pool leaching, according to the best leaching concentration determined by the test, prepare a certain concentration of gold agent solution for spraying or soaking.
3. Stirring leaching, according to the test determined the best pulp concentration, gold concentration, leaching time and other conditions, leaching;
4. During the leaching process, the concentration of gold leaching agent should be measured regularly. When the concentration is reduced, the gold extraction agent should be added in time.
5. Because of the composition and ph of the ore is different, should be based on the actual amount of ore and the ore sample experiment obtained the best drug concentration, according to the proportion of the gold agent. The concentration of gold leaching agent can be detected according to the method provided by our company.
Method for determination of drug concentration
(1) Instruments and reagents required for testing
1. 1000 mL brown volumetric bottle, 1 100ml conical bottle, 1 100ml brown wide mouth bottle, 2 10ml pipettes, 1 red dropper;
2. The test agent (preparation method: 1.7000 grams of silver nitrate and distilled water constant volume to 1000 ml of brown volumetric bottle, put in the dark to save for use);
3. Color agent (preparation method: 0.02 ~ 0.05 grams of test silver ling [Taobao has sold] added to the mouth of 100 ml ace-tone bottle, stored in the dark for use).
(2) Detection methods
1. Extract 5ml of the liquid to be tested with a 10ml pipette and put it into a conical bottle;
2. Add 2 drops of chromogenic agent (about 0.1ml) into the conical bottle with the dropper, and the color of the liquid becomes light yellow;
3. Use 10ml pipette to extract the test agent and slowly drop it into the conical bottle (shake the conical bottle while titrating, observe the color change);
4. When the liquid color changes from light yellow to light orange red as the end point of titration, read the test agent consumed on the pipette scale.
5. The consumption of test agent ml is the detection of ten thousand fraction concentration (potion ratio concentration), such as consumption of 0.05 ml test agent, the concentration is zero point five thousand (0.005‰); If 0.3 ml is consumed, the concentration is 0.3 ‰ (i.e. 0.03‰); If 1.0 ml is consumed, the concentration is 1/10,000 (i.e. 0.1‰);

Tailings processing
