Low-Energy Hammer Crushers with Both Dry and Wet Crushing Forms
Product Description
Hammer crushers are widely used in industrial sectors such as mineral processing plants, refractory material factories, cement plants, and glass factories for fine grinding of medium-hardness materials. It can be crushed in both dry and wet forms. In the wet form, the material is ground wet while water seepage is allowed, while in the dry form, water seepage is not permitted and dry grinding is carried out.
This machine is applied in the coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, power and other sectors for crushing or fine crushing of coal, coal gangue, limestone, shale, feldspar, gypsum, coke, bricks and tiles, crushed stones, salt and sulfur phosphorus, limonite bricks. It features a light and compact body, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, large crushing ratio, less over-crushing, uniform and small product particle size, high production capacity and low energy consumption.
The PC series hammer crushers are suitable for crushing various materials that are brittle and medium-hard, with a surface moisture content not exceeding 2% and a compressive strength not exceeding 150Mpa
