Product Description

Roller crushers are suitable for crushing medium-hard materials in industries such as cement, chemical engineering, power, metallurgy, building materials, and refractory materials, including limestone, slag, coke, coal, and other materials for medium and fine crushing operations. This series of double-roller crushers mainly consists of rollers, roller support bearings, pressing and adjusting devices, as well as drive devices, etc. Roller crushers are classified into: double roller crushers, four-roller crushers and toothed roller crushers. It can also be used for oil shale crushing.

The PG double-toothed roller crusher is mainly used for crushing large pieces of raw coal in coal mines. It can also be used in other industries (such as metallurgy, building materials, and power) to crush various brittle materials with a compressive strength of less than 200Mpa. The main feature of this machine is that the tooth plate is made of alloy material with high wear resistance and strength, which greatly increases the service life of the crusher. The main shaft of this machine adopts advanced quenching technology, which enhances the strength, rigidity and wear resistance of the main shaft.
