Working Principle
The jaw crusher is a crushing machine that uses the squeezing and bending action of two jaw plates to crush materials of various hardnesses. Its crushing mechanism consists of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. When the two jaw plates are close to each other, the material is crushed. When the two jaw plates are separated, the material blocks smaller than the discharge port are discharged from the bottom. Its crushing action is intermittent.
Main Applications
Jaw crusher series products are widely used in various industries such as mining, smelting, construction, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industry. They have the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform product particles, reasonable structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, economical operating costs, etc. They can crush various materials with compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa.
Operating Principle
The machine is mainly composed of frame, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, elbow plate and other parts, the motor rotates the eccentric shaft through the triangle belt, so that the moving jaw moves according to the adjusted track, so as to break the material in the crushing chamber.
The frame is a single monolithic cast steel structure, the front wall of the frame is equipped with a fixed jaw plate tightened with wedge bolts, and the side wall of the frame is equipped with a side guard plate on the left and right of the crushing chamber to prevent the wear of the frame side wall.
