Jaw crusher is a crushing machine that is researched and developed very early. With simple and solid structure, reliable work, easy maintenance and repair and low production and construction fees, it has long been widely used for the coarse, medium and fine crushing of various kinds of ores and rocks whose compression strength is 147~245MPa in many industrial departments such as metallurgy, chemistry, building material, power plant and transportation. In recent years, to satisfy the requirement of crushing micro-carbon ferro chrome with high strength and high hardness in the industrial departments of metallurgy, mine and building, our company has specially researched and manufactured powerful jaw crusher.Jaw crusher is mainly used for the medium-granularity crushing of all kinds of ores and large materials in mine, metallurgy, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemistry. The maximum compression strength of the materials to be crushed is 320MPa.
Working principle
1.This machine is mainly composed of a frame, movable jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, toggle plate and other components. The motor rotates the eccentric shaft through a V-belt, causing the movable jaw to move along the adjusted track, thereby crushing the materials in the crushing chamber.
2.The frame is a single integral cast steel structure. Fixed jaw plates fastened with wedge bolts are installed on the front wall of the frame. Side guard plates are installed on the side walls of the frame on the left and right sides of the crushing cavity to prevent the wear of the side walls of the frame.
3.The movable jaw is a formed cast steel part. The front is equipped with an movable jaw plate. Its upper part is suspended on the frame by an eccentric shaft and roller bearings, and its lower part is supported on the toggle plate and in rolling contact with it. Flywheels and pulleys are installed at both ends of the eccentric shaft.
4.The other end of the toggle plate is supported on the adjusting seat and comes into rolling contact with the bearing. Besides supporting the moving jaw, the toggle plate also plays a protective role when external materials that cannot be crushed enter the crushing chamber and the load of this machine suddenly increases, that is, it breaks rapidly itself to protect other components from damage.
5.The adjustment seat is installed in the sliding grooves on both sides of the frame and closely adheres to the adjustment wedge. When the discharge port needs to be adjusted, turn the nut to the right with a wrench. The adjustment wedge will immediately rise, and the adjustment seat will move forward accordingly. The discharge port will change from large to small, and vice versa, it will change from small to large.
