The development process
It has developed from the past φ2.2m, φ2.8m, φ3m, φ3.2m, etc. to the current φ3.8m, φ4m, etc. The equipment capacity ranges from 500t/d, 700t/d, 1000t/d, 2500t/d, 5000t/d to 6000t/d
The working principle
A coal mill is a mechanical device that breaks coal lumps and grinds them into coal powder. It is an important auxiliary equipment for coal powder furnaces. The coal grinding process is one in which coal is crushed and its surface area keeps increasing. Coal is ground into coal powder in a coal mill, mainly through three methods: crushing, striking and grinding. Coal mills can be classified into low-speed coal mills, medium-speed coal mills and high-speed coal mills according to the rotational speed of the coal grinding working components.
The technical features
1.The transmission forms adopted by the cylinder mill include edge flinging, center transmission, multi-point meshing edge transmission, etc. The drive forms include asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion + large gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion + large gear.
2.Generally, a two-end static and dynamic pressure bearing support method is adopted. A fully enclosed self-aligning 1200-line contact 'rocker type' bearing is used. Single sliding shoe, double sliding shoe static and dynamic pressure support methods or full static pressure support can also be used.
3.The large open gear is equipped with a reliably sealed gear cover and is provided with an automatic glycerin spray lubrication device.
4.The cylinder is a key component of the mill. Finite element analysis is conducted on it by using a computer to ensure its reliability in use.
5.Large and medium-sized grinding mills are equipped with slow-speed drive devices.
6.Large and medium-sized grinding mills are equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations.
7.The control and protection system adopts PLC control.
