1. Product introduction of high-efficiency fine crusher
This series of crushers is a new generation of high-efficiency fine crushers after optimized design and structural improvement. Reasonable combination of multi-chamber crushing chamber and new convenient double adjustment mechanism can ensure that the discharge particle size is less than or equal to 3mm, occupying 85%, and the product particle size is fine and uniform. The convenient maintenance device makes it more convenient to replace the hammer head and sieve plate. The wear parts are made of new high-quality multi-element high-alloy wear-resistant materials, which ensure the superior wear resistance and impact resistance of the hammer head and the lining plate. This series of crushers run smoothly with low dust and low power consumption, so PCX series high-efficiency fine crushers have the following significant advantages compared with conventional crushers. This equipment is suitable for materials with compressive strength not exceeding 150MPa and surface moisture not exceeding 10% with moderate abrasiveness or less. 2. Working principle of high-efficiency fine crusher
After the material enters the body, it encounters the high-speed counterclockwise rotating hammer head, and is hit head-on by the hammer head. The large piece of material is immediately smashed, and the broken material flies up to the counter-attack plate at a high speed for a second collision and crushing. The materials collide with each other and are crushed; the materials are crushed in the first cavity and enter the second cavity for repeated crushing, and finally are filtered and rubbed by the discharge grate. Because the material layer is densely suspended in the crushing cavity, the material entering the crusher is shot into the dense material layer like a bullet hits a target. The cleavage and crushing of the crushed fine particles produce a violent "rubbing" and "grinding" to produce a large amount of fine powder, and finally the qualified fine powder is discharged through the grate slit. Since 70% to 80% of the crushing in the "stone-on-stone" crusher is caused by the collision between materials, the wear load of the hammer head and the lining plate is only 20% to 30% of that of the conventional crusher. The harmful function of the head and the lining plate becomes the useful work of crushing the material, so the cleavage and crushing of "stone hitting stone" is truly realized. Compared with conventional crushers, it has lower power consumption, longer life of wear parts, and higher crushing ratio.
3. Structural characteristics of high-efficiency fine crusher
(1) The three-cavity curved crushing cavity is adopted to increase the number of blows of the material, hard extrusion, and reduce friction, thereby reducing the loss of the hammer head.
(2) The gap between the counterattack plate and the hammer head can be easily adjusted, and the discharge granularity can be effectively controlled.
(3) The deflectable structure is adopted, which can prevent the hammer head from breaking to a certain extent in case of hard materials.
(4) The cover opening device has a hydraulic device (if it is optional), which makes maintenance more convenient.
(5) The gap between the left lining plate (adjustment and structure side), the grate and the hammer head is adjustable. When the particle size exceeds the specified value, it can be adjusted inward according to different methods.
